“What forms of PAYMENT do you accept?
We accept bank to bank transfer. We reserve the right to choose the payment method depending on the number of items purchased, the total value of items purchased or depending on the delivery address. Payment method chosen for each case will be specified in the invoice, together with the reasons for its choice. For large amounts we reserve the right to ask for a deposit in the first 24-48 hours after placing the order.
How long does SHIPPING takes?
We ship your order within 24-48 hours after your payment is confirmed and you will have your ATV within 4 to 7 business days from the time the payment was done. We guarantee it. We offer free shipping anywhere in the lower continuous 48 states (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from this offer). Free shipping included delivery and insurance to your door anywhere in the country. Canadians we ship to the border for free, no questions asked, easy and trouble free as long as you provide a United States address.
We use third party transportation companies to deliver the ATVs. Transit time may take 4-7 business days. During holiday seasons, transit time may be an additional 4-10 business days.
How will I know when my item will be DELIVERED?
The shipping carrier will call you 24-48 hours before delivery at the phone number you provided in your Account Information. They will be calling you to arrange a “BLOCK/WINDOW” time for delivery. If you will not be home you can make arrangements and they are very flexible. You will need to have your identification with you and be present upon delivery.”
